"International community, the OAS (Organization of American States) has been running at Chavez's rhythm and pace".

It's not so. Every nation has its own foreign policy and they have reacted on Honduras coup according to that. Can Chavez influence the US foreign policy?

Chavez has taken a principled stand on the Honduras coup. He has mobilized the Latin American countries against this coup. His greatest win lies in the unity of Latin American countries after the coup.

Chavez may be a winner after the coup but what about the Honduran people? They are living under a military rule. The people of Honduras are only the looser.

Chavez's influence in Latin America was not declining. In fact Chavez has organized all the Latin American countries against the US, Capitalism and neo liberal economic policies.
