Savages behaving like savages. There is no way they should have put those families in the same community. They should have spread them out. They do not allow convicts to return to the same community for the same reason, they will go back to the same behaviors when they are with the same element. There are plenty of middle class neighborhoods in America where a single family can be assimilated, why do they send refugees to the slums? Middle America doesn’t care where you come from and they are often a good influence. As long as they do not try to overwhelm a single neighborhood, everyone melts into the great melting pot.
